He spent 18 years as Senior Application Architect at LyondellBasell, leading large-scale data platforms and enterprise systems. That experience taught him one lesson: technology only delivers value when execution is disciplined, data is ready, and governance is rigorous.
In 2016, he founded Fleekbiz in Pakistan, initially focused on CMS and digital marketing. By 2023, the company pivoted to Data Engineering, AI, and cloud solutions, evolving into Pendoah. The shift was deliberate. Too many organizations were chasing AI without the foundations to support it.
Jawad leads AI Strategy & Roadmap engagements that map opportunity to execution. His approach starts with Data Readiness Audits because pilots fail when data quality is poor. He insists on AI Governance & Ethics frameworks before deployment because systems without guardrails create risk, not value. Every roadmap ties back to Implementation Roadmaps with clear milestones, accountabilities, and success metrics.
One of his recent innovations is a hybrid delivery model: onshore architects who own strategy, governance, IP, and client trust paired with pre-vetted nearshore engineers executing delivery, testing, and support. The model solves a bottleneck mid-market companies face when competing with enterprises that have 10x the recruiting resources.
